I’m always excited for when we launch people into business. For us we do not just launch anyone into business. The Alberta team does things a bit more differently and its that difference that is catching the attention of people like Brad Duncan and the rest of people in World Wide Dreambuilders.
We’ve turned people away from building the business as well as people have also disqualified themselves from working with us. As you’ve seen from my previous posts we are about building a highly accountable, motivated team that wants more to live then the average. They want to achieve dreams and goals bigger then what their current income can afford. They want to achieve the dreams they had when they were kids, and why shouldn’t they? Why shouldn’t people have have those types of dreams? The reason why people don’t is because they only have dreams their income can give them or their credit can give them. That’s sad and that’s something we help people get out of their head. You CAN dream big, so find the means to do it! We have that.
When we launch someone into business we really spend a lot of time with them. We don’t just “sign them up” and then leave say here you go! have fun. Maybe some people have but that is NOT US! We are about investing time into people who are willing to be coached and mentored so they can achieve so much more. True, there is a business model that we attach to all this coaching and mentoring, there has to be otherwise you have nothing to apply what we’ve taught you. When people get it, they get it, they really do and they are all in. They are the 2% of the population that understands there is more to live then the average. They REFUSE to be part of the 98% of people out there who just live each day the same as the last day, over and over and over again.
I cannot wait to launch more people who have the right attitude, desire and willingness to do whatever it takes to obtain the things in life they want. Its these people we are excited to work with and these people we will be spending a lot of time with because they deserve it!
Shaun – I love that you use the word “Launch” many times in business it is signing them up, then often forgotten about. The more time you can spend with them right away, when their dreams are fresh and they all fired up the better. Keep up the good work !!

Because really we are not just “signing” people up. We help them through a great process and then we launch them into business. When I look at it I think about it this way: When NASA launches the space shuttle, it takes a huge team of people to do that all helping each other. That’s exactly what we do, we help those people become successful by launching them properly so they are not setup to fail. Without a team, coaches and mentors behind you, you will be setup for failure. Which is why back in the older days when people were just signed up and they gave them their stuff and walked away, they failed.
