Today I received an Apple iPad to test out with work and see if it can fit in our business. So far its been pretty cool. The typing while it’s sitting horizontal is pretty sweet and almost like typing on a real keyboard. I almost don’t even have to look down at the keys, that’s important.

I’m a gadget guys so i love new technology like this and love the way we can integrate it into our lives. However i love unplugging once in awhile where i can just leave technology at home and say go hiking into the mountains and relax and not give a care what the rest of the world is doing. However technology is vastly becoming something that we cannot avoid. Could we be setting ourselves up for a huge meltdown? Possibly, you just never know!

So i ask you out there reading, what’s your favorite technology out there? How do you balance the simple life with technology of today?

Changes

So people can change from their old ways or old thinking.  How do I know this? Because I have made aiphone4 change.  I’ve often criticized Apple and Mac’s in general because I’m a PC guy.  I always will be a PC guy however I think Apple has made some pretty awesome products in the MP3 players and phones with the iPhone.  I’ve had an iPod Touch for awhile now and really started to use it and the apps as well as the email and typing features.  With that I decided to ask for the iPhone 4 when it came out.

Work got me an iPhone 4 today and I’ve been playing with it ever since.  It’s quite the device to be honest.  There are a few glitches however in the next few days there will be fixed for all of them and enhancements.  I won’t go into all the features, I’m pretty sure you can look it up online if your curious. Heck you may even have one or are waiting for one.

The main thing I wanted to get at is that people can change.  I’ve had a pretty heavy set mind that all apple products are crap (all the MacBook still is haha) but some of the other devices are pretty slick and actually functional.  The same can be said for a lot of things, you can always have a change of heart with anything as long as you give it a try.  If after that you still hate it or think the same way then fine.  The biggest thing is GIVE IT A TRY.

But yeah iPhone4’s are cool!
