Today is Canada’s 143rd birthday and such its always nice to reflect about this amazing country that we live in.  As a special treat to this Canada Day, Queen Elizabeth II was present in Ottawa for the celebration which is always a pretty cool sight.  However the Prime Minster just looks as awkward as always.  He just isn’t a people person that’s for sure and it shows. 

I think we as Canadians and as North American’s take living in this country for granted.  We have such amazing freedoms that many many countries do not have and we need to constantly take a step back and recognize that.  We also live in a country that supports Free Enterprise which allows us the ability to own our own business which to no surprise is part of what this blog is about.  That’s one freedom a lot of countries do not have and we are very fortunate.
